Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Real Gem. Every order is prepared with care and dispatched promptly. Please read below to understand how we handle shipping, delivery timelines, and our commitment to getting your order to you safely.
1. WHERE WE SHIP
Real Gem ships worldwide. We currently focus on serving customers in North America (United States and Canada), with delivery available to all international destinations. Some remote locations may experience longer transit times than standard estimates.
2. SHIPPING RATES
Orders of $50 USD or more qualify for free shipping, worldwide.
For orders below $50 USD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. You will see the exact amount before completing your purchase.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
- United States & Canada: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Asia Pacific: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
5. ORDER TRACKING
All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will look into it promptly.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and, where applicable, photos of the damage. We will offer you a full refund or a complimentary reship at no additional cost — whichever you prefer.
Please note that Real Gem is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery. We recommend ensuring your delivery address is secure.
7. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
